I think I have to start some new system with the photos, sometimes I just don’t have time to edit the same day as they are taken. It definitely feels a bit passé posting photos from the same day over and over, but so far I think it beats not posting them at all. A [...]

For some reason, I just can’t get the door color on the below photo to come out right when I save for web from Photoshop. It really should be more red than orange.

Yesterday, there was a package from Sweden with a book and four chocolate bars in my mail. Yay, Karin! :D
I’m sorry to say this America, but your chocolate sucks. There’s just no way around it, I try to like it but to no avail. Maybe you should try making it taste more like… chocolate?

Bought it yesterday and I already love it. I think it’s the first in twenty years, probably longer, that I actually enjoy wearing. It makes my hair look crazy bad when I take it off, just as they all do, so it can’t be that. Maybe it’s because I’m older and more responsible now. Damn, [...]
Last day was so cold that I didn’t warm up enough to post the new pictures until today. That sunshine does not automatically imply 70 degrees was more than obvious when I took the bike out, wearing only a t-shirt and some thin pants. Optimistically, I also had a pair of shorts underneath the pants [...]
What happened to the San Francisco trip you might wonder? Well, due to it only being in my head that Marcus would stay until thursday, when he, in reality, will fly back on monday, the whole idea about taking monday and tuesday off was just an unusually stupid idea on my behalf. I should really [...]
22nd annual, apparently. So, what to do, what to do? Do I go to San Francisco to meet up with Marcus and wife-to-be, or do I hang around to see movies? Actually, It would all be so much simpler if people at work wouldn’t shuffle around the important dates to be there. Friday! no… monday! [...]
It’s getting darker earlier for each day I come home from work, today being exceptionally so with the rain pouring down. I guess most photo bloggers (and especially rookies like me) will have an increasingly difficult time ahead; you can only post so many still lifes and night shots. On the other hand, coming home [...]
…or am I just too strong? Surely it must be the latter ;) I’m actually starting to wonder if it’s possible to get fit by biking around town, it takes hours to wear oneself out… and that is when I’m still totally unfit and wearing a huge backpack with camera and lenses in it. On [...]
The street that I live on is really really long, much more noticable on a bike ;)
